Morgan Lewis has agreed to acquire the Paris team of rival US law firm Kramer Levin, amid the latter’s merger with Herbert Smith Freehills.

Kramer Levin said last month that it had agreed to merge with UK law firm Herbert Smith Freehills to create a business with revenue of more than $2bn.
