I have registered, but I get an "Activate Email" message after sign in.

An email has been sent to your registered email address containing a link for validating your email address. If you have not received the email please check your spam folder. What are the delivery times for the newspaper?

For individual subscribers length and type of delivery is determined by your city and country. UK: 1-2 working days, Europe and North America: Up to 5 working days and Rest of World up to 10 working days.
