Wragge & Co, the law firm, has appointed Sophie Mesnier-Teissedre as a director in its corporate, commercial finance and projects group. She will be based in Paris. Mesnier-Teissedre worked previously on mergers and acquisitions and capital investments in the mid-cap market at Lefèvre Pelletier.
