The chief executive of Lloyd’s of London has said that his efforts to get workers to report bad behaviour are not working, despite widespread allegations of bullying and sexual harassment that have rocked the world’s biggest insurance market.

In an interview with Financial News, John Neal said the 331-year-old City institution, which is home to thousands of workers, has received “considerably less than a 100” complaints about inappropriate behaviour by staff.
