Women board directors at FTSE 350 financial services firms in the UK are paid two-thirds less than men in the same position, new figures showed.

During the 2020/2021 financial year, the average annual pay for male directors was £689,550, compared to £235,075 for women, according to research carried out by employment law firm Fox and Partners.
