Fintech boss Kristo Käärmann has been fined more than £350,000 for failing to tell the Financial Conduct Authority about a personal tax issue.

The chief executive of London-listed payments firm Wise was fined for “deliberately failing to notify HMRC of a capital gains tax liability after he sold shares worth £10m in 2017,” the regulator said on 28 October.
