Linda Wilding, client services director at Mercury Private Equity, is handing over the reins to Craig Donaldson, who was recruited from the Prudential eight months ago.

Wilding, who is married to Chris Poil, the former head of UK equitites at Baring Asset Management, is leaving to spend more time with her three children, all under six, and her husband.
