Who are the City’s top women in wealth management?

Female leaders from Rathbones, St James’s Place and Barclays feature in the FN100 Women in Finance 2025

Who are the City’s top women in wealth management?

Women are expected to control 60% of the UK’s wealth by the end of 2025, according to the Centre for Economic and Business Research.

But they are still largely absent from wealth management’s senior ranks, and only account for less than a fifth of financial advisers in the country.

Financial News’s 100 Most Influential Women in European Finance list features five outstanding women from the sector.

This year’s entrants hail from some of the biggest wealth managers in the country, from St James’s Place to Rathbones and UBS.

Four are brand new to the list, reflecting FN’s increased coverage of wealth management and the high level of senior turnover in the industry this year.

Here are the women in wealth who made the cut:

Ariane de Rothschild, CEO, Edmond de Rothschild

Victoria Hagmann, head UK, Jersey and Guernsey, UBS Global Wealth Management

Camilla Stowell, CEO of wealth, Rathbones

Caroline Waddington, chief financial officer, St James’s Place

Sasha Wiggins, chief executive, Barclays private bank and wealth management
