Morley Fund Management has hired Mark Watts, head of aggregates at Baring Asset Management as head of its global fixed income team. His departure from Baring comes just days after the firm was sold to Massachusetts Mutual and Northern Trust Corporation.

In his new role at Morley, Watts will report to Ceris Williams, head of fixed income.
