Watson Wyatt has won a pension fund consultancy brief from the Whitbread Group Pension Fund, joining three existing investment consultants, and taken steps to expand its European investment consultancy arm.

The £1.2bn (€1.8bn) Whitbread fund appointed Watson Wyatt as its independent investment consultant following a review of advisers.
