Vanguard’s investment platform helps buoy European profit by more than 20%

Fees generated by the US asset management giant’s investment platform rose to almost £57m at the end of 2024

Vanguard’s European business posted a more than 20% increase in profit last year, with its fast-growing UK investment platform contributing to the rise.

Accounts filed with Companies House for Vanguard Asset Services — the US asset manager’s businesses in the UK and Switzerland — showed pre-tax profit of £38.4m for the 12 months to the end of December, up from £31.6m.
