If US regulators do not work harder to encourage innovation within Wall Street banks, London will win the battle to attract top fintech talent.

That is a warning from Ossama Soliman, Amazon’s former general manager for business lending who recently left Seattle to join London fintech startup TrueLayer as its chief product officer.
