US fund managers question quality of disclosure in Europe

The majority of US investors are dissatisfied with the way European companies deliver financial information, according to a survey by Broadgate Consultants, the capital markets advisory firm.

The survey was sent to US fund managers which together manage a total of $2 trillion (€2.25 trillion) assets.
