The UK’s plan to allow trading of private company shares on exchanges is doomed to fail, according to buyout veteran Jon Moulton.

“It will be a flop,” the Better Capital founder told Financial News sister title Private Equity News, adding that the scheme would likely be too heavily regulated and fail to attract interest from private equity investors.
