UK funds reject policy

UK pension fund managers believe the government's new Pensions Act will reduce provision and add to costs, according to a survey published today.

More than two thirds of the firms polled by the Association of Consulting Actuaries said the government's policy of promoting occupational pension schemes is not moving in the right direction.
