UK economy slowed to 0.4% in October

The country's gross domestic product is still 7.9% lower than it was before the pandemic

The UK economy grew by 0.4% in October according to the Office for National Statistics’ latest update.

Although the increase represents the sixth consecutive monthly hike following the record drop of 19.5% in April, GDP is still 7.9% below the levels seen before the pandemic, according to the ONS.
