Bank of America turned to dealmaking veterans to co-head its M&A team in Europe in the latest senior changes in the region. Geoff Iles and Lukas Poensgen were promoted to co-heads of M&A in Emea. Iles is based in London and was latterly head of M&A for the UK, a unit that he has headed for the past seven years. Meanwhile, Frankfurt-based Poensgen was previously head of M&A for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
