The explosion on Wednesday of a Tesla pickup truck outside the Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas killed one person and left at least seven others injured, according to reports.

Tesla’s chief executive, Elon Musk, attributed the deadly blast near the hotel’s main entrance to “very large fireworks and/or a bomb carried in the [truck] bed.”
