Terra Firma Capital Partners has recruited a longstanding Standard Chartered executive as its group chief financial officer, handing him a new role overseeing the financial management of both itself and its portfolio companies.

The private equity firm said today that Vivek Ahuja, the deputy group CFO of Standard Chartered until September last year, will take on a newly-created partner role.
