Telecinco, the Spanish broadcaster, is aiming to float before the end of the year building on equity capital issuance in Spain which has already overtaken the whole of last year.

Spanish equity capital market issuance is €4bn ($4.9bn) so far this year, almost double the €2.3bn achieved in 2003, according to Dealogic, the investment banking research firm.
