Swedish local authorities opt for funds

Landskrona local authority in Sweden, has appointed Carlsson Investment Management, the Skandia-owned fund manager, to run a SKr100m (€12m) portfolio.

Carlsson won the mandate on price, performance, asset allocation and organisational structure, said Stefan Johansson, chief economist in Landskrona. KommunInvest in Orebro advised the local authority on the selection.
