State Street Corporation has hired Craig Butterworth as head of fixed income sales for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Butterworth will be responsible for expanding the firm's rates business with new and existing clients. He joins from Royal Bank of Scotland where he was most recently managing director, head of flow rates sales, UK funds and hedge funds.
