Standard Chartered Private Bank hires from Deutsche

Standard Chartered Private Bank has hired Gary Tiernan from Deutsche Bank to head up its investment advisory and fiduciary division.

Tiernan will be in charge of ensuring that Standard Chartered Private Bank's investment approach is consistent. He will be tailoring its suite of products to ensure the complex needs of high net worth clients are met, and will report to Peter Flavel, its global head.
