Man Group, St James's Place and Rathbones are among the fund groups undershooting targets to promote women into senior roles, according to a government-backed report.

The FTSE Women Leaders Review found women made up less than a third of leadership teams at nine out of 19 of the UK’s largest listed asset managers and investment firms in 2022.
