The first round of bids for wealth manager Shackleton are due by 4 April, Financial News has learned.

Shackleton, formerly known as Skerritts, is backed by buyout shop Sovereign Capital Partners, and run by Paul Feeney, the former boss of listed wealth giant Quilter.
