Second partner exits Norton Rose

UK law firm Norton Rose has lost its second partner to a US rival this month after Peter Rees, a former head of dispute resolution, quit after 26 years for Debevoise & Plimpton.

Rees' exit follows that of Laurence Levy, a senior corporate partner who quit for Shearman & Sterling, another US firm, last week.
