Schroders, RLAM set to pressure boards over axed diversity pledges

Fund giants Schroders, Royal London Asset Management and Jupiter have vowed to take a tough stance against US companies rolling back diversity commitments.

US corporate heavyweights including Accenture, Meta, Amazon, McDonald’s, JPMorgan, Citigroup and Morgan Stanley have dropped or revised their DEI targets following Donald Trump’s return to the White House.
