Ex-founder sues private equity firm for $10m

Seeks at least $10m plus damages for withholding pay and investment proceeds.

Lawrence Schloss sued Diamond Castle Holdings, the private equity firm he co-founded, seeking at least $10m (€7.9m) plus damages for withholding pay and investment proceeds.

Schloss left the firm earlier this year to become the chief investment officer at the New York City Comptroller's Office.
