Royal London chair Kevin Parry resigns

City veteran says the mutual needs ‘leadership from a chair who can commit to a medium-term tenure of five or so years’

The chair of insurance and asset management giant Royal London Kevin Parry will step down by the end of the year.

Deputy chair Lynne Peacock will fill the role on an interim basis while a successor is found, the firm said in a 3 October statement.
