Small advisory shop with big mandates is taking offices once home to John Adams

Robey Warshaw, one of the best-known London-based boutiques advising companies on mergers and acquisitions, is moving to a Georgian office building once home to the US ambassador to the UK.

The firm will move to 9 Grosvenor Square next week, a spokesman confirmed, leaving its current office at St James’s Place, where it has been based for the past five years.
