Return to home office is ‘frustrating’, VSA Capital CEO says

The government said that people should work from where if they can from 13 December as Covid-19 cases surge

Omicron fears have triggered City firms to cancel a string of events planned for their staff over the festive season, alongside dialling down plans for a steady return to hybrid working.

But as firms across the Square Mile switch back to the home office following a surge in Covid-19 cases, it is the government's guidance, which is frustrating some, according to VSA Capital City chief executive Andrew Monk.
