Renaissance Capital, the emerging markets investment bank, has brought in Igor Chemolosov to lead its option sales team for Russia, with responsibility for building out the firm's sales structure, and managing client-flow generation and new products. Chemolosov arrives from VTB Capital, where he was director, derivatives sales and origination. He has also held senior sales and derivatives positions at Troika Dialog and Bank ZENIT.
