Consultancy Redington puts cap on future hires

Headcount at the investment consultant has been rising — but its leaders want it to stay nimble

Redington, the independent investment consultant, has imposed a cap on future headcount ahead of its move to a new City office to accommodate its growing workforce.

The firm, which is seen as a challenger to the UK’s dominant investment consultants, has enjoyed rapid growth in recent years, but will limit overall staff numbers to 200 in an attempt to remain nimble.
