Recovery signs missing from German banks

The German banking sector will continue to weaken and shows no signs of recovery in the near future, according to Moody's Investors Service, the ratings agency.

Sam Theodore, a managing director in the European banks team at Moody's, said last week: "No light at the end of the tunnel is in sight."
