RBC Capital Markets has handed its London head of financial institutions corporate broking and equity capital markets another senior position - leading its FIG team in Europe - following the departures of the team's head and another managing director.
Robin Mackie, who joined RBC after the bank acquired boutique adviser Loudoun Capital Partners in December 2010 and ran the European FIG team, left in September this year at the same time as Johnny Vo, a managing director in the FIG team, according to two people familiar with the matter.
