Prudential Securities prepares for fund scandal settlement

Prudential Securities, the US broker, has set aside $136m (€110m) to cover a potential settlement with regulators over its part in the improper mutual fund trading scandal.

The firm disclosed the legal reserve for the first time with its second quarter earnings.
