3i Group agrees deal to offload Anglian water stake

The infrastructure arm of London-based private-equity firm 3i Group has agreed a deal to sell its stake in UK utility company Anglian Water Group, FN's sister publication Private Equity News reports.

The sale to investment firm Dalmore Capital and GLIL Infrastructure, a joint venture of local pension funds, is expected to complete next year and will generate proceeds of £395m, according to a statement released by 3i.
