Private equity gender diversity report finds progress but ‘work to be done’

Private equity’s efforts to improve its gender diversity record are yielding mixed results.

Female representation in Europe has risen from 20% in 2022 to 24% and senior investment roles held by women also climbed from 10% in 2022 to 14% in 2024, according to a new report from Level 20.
