
Financial Conduct Authority chief executive Andrew Bailey earned £449,000 in the financial year to the end of March, according to the regulator's latest annual report.
The package for Bailey, who took over at the FCA on July 1 last year, includes a pro-rata basic salary of £330,000, a performance-related bonus of £65,000, pension contributions totalling £30,000 and and £24,000 in other benefits.
