PAI Partners closes second continuation fund for ice cream maker Froneri

The private equity house, which owns around 50% of Froneri, is moving its stake to a new single-asset continuation vehicle led by Goldman Sachs Alternatives

PAI Partners has raised a second continuation fund for Froneri, its ice cream venture with Nestle, in a €3.6bn equity transaction.

The private equity house, which owns around 50% of Froneri, is moving its stake to a new single-asset continuation vehicle led by Goldman Sachs Alternatives.
