The Office of Fair Trading, the UK merger control authority, has cleared the acquisition of Clearstream International by Deutsche Börse.

Together with the approval from the German merger control authorities and the Luxembourg regulator, which approved the transaction in mid-April, Deutsche Börse has now obtained all regulatory clearances required for the acquisition.
