Dutch bank NIBC has appointed Caroline Oosterbaan as head of M&A. Oosterbaan has extensive experience as a mergers & acquisitions banker having worked at ABN AMRO corporate finance, originating and executing M&A deals in Europe and Asia. Most recently, she co-founded executive search and interim management companies Eastlane and NIG Finance.
