New chief executive at EasyScreen

EasyScreen, a provider of exchange trading systems, has hired Peter Hodgson as its new chief executive and Patrick Paines as a non-executive director.

Prior to Hodgson's appointment, EasyScreen founder Philip Docker acted as both chairman and chief executive. Docker will remain as chairman and will be concentrating on expanding existing business and closing additional sales in the US.
