Amy Nauiokas, head of e-commerce at Barclays Capital, has expanded the investment bank's electronic businesses in Asia and the US just ten months after getting its e-commerce efforts off the ground.

She has hired Gyan Newman, former managing director at HotSpotFXi, an online currency trading platform, as head of e-commerce for Asia.
