NAPF to partner with ISS on corporate governance

The UK's National Association of Pension Funds (NAPF) is to boost its corporate governance capability after it revealed plans to form a new company with the Institutional Shareholder Services, the US-based corporate activist organisation.

The new company will be jointly owned and called Research Recommendations & Electronic Voting (RREV). It will launch in January 2004.
