NAPF poaches ABI's Segars

The National Association of Pension Funds has poached Joanne Segars from the Association of British Insurers to take up the new role of director of policy.

Segars, head of pensions and savings at the ABI since 2001, will lead a team researching and developing NAPF policy on a range of issues. She will also deputise for the chief executive Christine Farnish.
