NAB Irish bank sale hits snag

National Australia Bank today said it was considering separate sales of its two Irish banks after failing to find one buyer to take the pair.

The bank, advised by Lazards' Jonathan Dawson, has already seen HBOS walk away from talks to buy both operations.
