MyTravel, the debt-laden UK tour operator, looks to have drawn a line under the long-running legal dispute over its crucial restructuring plan after winning the support of its rebel convertible bondholders at the eleventh hour.

The agreement this morning came just hours before MyTravel was due to seek court support for an alternative restructuring plan called a scheme of arrangement.
