Morrison & Foerster names Denver managing partner

Law firm Morrison & Foerster has named Randall Fons as managing partner of its Denver office. Fons is co-chair of the the firm's securities litigation, enforcement and white-collar defence practice group. He has been with the firm since 2006, prior to which he worked at the Securities and Exchange Commission. He succeeds Whitney Holmes.
