Morgan Stanley Dean Witter is introducing a new series of Opals for the MSCI Europe ex-Switzerland index.

Opals are optimised portfolios as listed securities, which investors, both institutional and retail, use to create internationally diversified equity portfolios, in markets where they may lack expertise or which they find difficult to access.
